IP assembly development & delivery

FRP manufactured, assembled and validated a new aluminium IP Structure for a new prototype series EV vehicle.

Working hand-in-hand with the customer engineering team, FRP were able to develop the initial design to align with optimal manufacture and assembly processes whilst maintaining key attributes and a low-cost target.

Each assembly also delivered 5kg weight saving against initial design through part count reduction & material optimisation.
