World Mental Health Day

Today on World Mental Health Day, we want to remind everyone that mental health is important. At FRP, we prioritise the mental well-being of our employees and have on-site Mental Health First Aiders in place across our offices.

One of our Mental Health First aiders, Helen Mitchell, recommends “morning exercise as a great way to boost your mood, it’s such a cliché! but it really is true”

We also encourage all our staff to take daily walks to refresh themselves away from computer screens and emails. Let's keep the conversation going and prioritise our mental health every day!
